We collect: name, email, phone, mailing address, payment information (via Stripe), tax identification (W-9 for consignors), bid/purchase history, item photos and descriptions, and messages sent through the Platform. We also collect IP address, browser type, and pages visited automatically.
We use your information to operate the auction platform, process payments via Stripe Connect, communicate about your account, generate tax documents (1099-NEC), improve the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.
We use the vendors below to operate the Platform. Each receives only the data needed for its stated purpose, is bound by a data-processing agreement, and is located in the United States unless otherwise noted. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share data for third-party marketing.

Account and transaction data retained for 7 years (tax/legal compliance). Server logs retained for 90 days. Item photos retained indefinitely for archive.

We use TLS encryption, row-level database security, and secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any data breach as required by law.
We use only essential cookies for authentication (access_token, refresh_token) and preferences. No tracking or advertising cookies.
